We refer to our products which can include artificial flowers, faux greenery, preserved branches and other natural elements as Lasting Botanicals because although they look just like their real counterparts, our Lasting Botanicals will remain exactly as they are today for years to come.
We are committed to sourcing only the most realistic (visually and to the touch) and premium qualitity botanical materials that will stand the test of time. The silk flowers used in our products are true to the size, color and formation found in nature, and whenever possible we use preserved greenery, pods, grasses, etc. to further enhance the ultra-realistic nature of our designs. We use high-quality real touch and natural touch flowers, which have a velvety, cool real flower feel and have the same thickness, tactile veining and rolled edges as real flower petals. Few faux flowers meet our ‘believability’ standards, and because they are not regulated even those labeled as real touch are sometimes not what you would expect. Luckily for you, if it doesn’t convince us, we won’t use it.
The vases and vessels we pair our arrangements with are made of a wide variety of materials including ceramic, brass, cement, clay, silver and more. Some vessels are collected vintage treasures, as noted.

Its best to keep your lasting botanicals out of direct sunlight and keep them dry. To keep your lasting botanicals looking fresh, turn the arrangement upside down and use an air duster can to remove dust particles that have settled on the blooms.

Yes, you will receive an email when your order has been shipped which will include the tracking number. If it has been 5 or more business days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us at connect@theblumerie.com.
If an item sells out but still appears on our website, it’s likely that the item will return in its original style or in an updated version of a previous style. Please note if an item is listed as one of a kind, it is unlikely it will return as most of these products are in collected vessels that aren’t readily available. If there is a sold out item that you love, contact us at connect@theblumerie.com and we’ll work something out.
