If you are unsatisfied with an item in your order, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping costs) by submitting a RETURN REQUEST within 5 business days of order delivery. We are not able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. After the 5-day period, all sales are considered final.
Our products are carefully secured and packaged to ensure items are not damaged or broken in shipping. Therefore, returned items must be in the original condition and shipped in the original box and with all of the packaging materials. We ask that you add a note in your package with your name, order number and that you’d like to return the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it, unless a replacement is not available. Some items are completely one-of-a-kind, so if one of these items is damaged in shipment, you will be offered the choice of a similar replacement item or a refund. A REPLACEMENT REQUEST must be submitted within 24 hours of order delivery along with a photograph showing the damage/defect.
The Blumerie will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping of the replacement product. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after the damaged item has been delivered back to us and for shipment of the replacement item. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Blumerie.
All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be refunded.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted including: items with obvious signs of use or not in their original condition, items not shipped in their original box and packaging, and any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
